Cavs sign G Manny Harris to 10-day deal (AP)

The Cleveland Cavaliers have signed guard Manny Harris to a 10-day contract. Harris has been playing with Canton of the NBA Development League. He averaged 21.4 points, 7.9 rebounds and 3.3 assists for the Charge, and was named the D-League’s top performer last week. Harris scored 46 points in a game against Rio Grande.
